Guide

A CRM for
property developers,
lead by lead.

A lead that is not called back quickly, or that nobody can trace, is advertising budget thrown away. A CRM is there to prevent that. This is what it should hold for a new development, whatever the tool.

The pipeline

From first contact
to reservation.

Every lead always has a status and a dated next action. Without those two fields, the rest is useless.

01 · Intake

New, then contacted

The lead arrives automatically from the Meta form or the website, with its source. It moves to “contacted” at the first real conversation.

To recordSource campaign, unit type requested, date and time of arrival.

02 · Qualification

Qualified or not

Budget, purchase timeline, financing, resident or Moroccan abroad. An unqualified lead is filed with a reason, not deleted.

03 · Conversion

Appointment, visit, reservation

The stages that matter for the sale. A lead lost here keeps its reason too: price, timing, competition, financing.

The real questionWhat does one reservation cost, campaign by campaign?

The tool

Choose without
missing the point.

Nbi3lik does not sell CRM software. What follows applies whatever the tool.

01

Start simple

For a modest volume, a well-structured shared spreadsheet is enough, as long as every lead has a status and a next action.

02

Move to a dedicated CRM

When several sales staff, several developments or a high volume make manual tracking fragile, and leads need to arrive automatically.

03

Discipline before features

A CRM is only as good as the data entered. One more required field beats one more feature.

A question about your sales follow-up?

Write to us
Which CRM should a property developer choose?

The one your team will actually use. At minimum it must receive leads from Meta forms and the website automatically, handle statuses and reminders, and report by campaign.

Is a spreadsheet enough?

For low volume and a small team, yes, if it is kept up to date. It becomes fragile as soon as several people enter data or leads arrive from several channels.

How quickly should a lead be called back?

As fast as possible, ideally the same day and at hours when the buyer can be reached. The longer the delay, the more the interest fades or goes to a competitor.

Do you set up the CRM?

Yes, as part of NBI3LIK 360: pipeline structure, automatic lead intake and reporting. Your sales team stays in charge of the relationship.

Who owns the lead data?

You do, during and after the engagement. Accounts, tools and lead data remain your property.
